Whenever we go through shifts of growth often the most uncomfortable part is the transition. We go through difficulties to teach us life lessons, and along the way we learn about ourselves. Going through personal growth most often comes with growing pains. As we rise to different stages of our lives it often requires the application of previous wisdom of experience in order to move forward. Of course if we are not learning our life lessons, those scenarios and situations will keep re-occurring. What I have experienced personally are growing pains which stretches our limits each time thus expanding our belief in our potential which is infinite. We just need help realising it. We may fall, and break our barriers down in order to rebuild and re-form a better version of ourselves. The transition of one stage to another can hurt. It can feel uncomfortable and feel like a tight squeeze that often leaves us breathless. It is during these times that we need to breath and ground ourselves. It may feel like we are being stretched and remoulded as we manipulate our perception of our lives and the world. What we need to carry is patience. There have been times where the word “patience” almost felt like an enemy, when we resist it can cause unnecessary pain, but to release our desired control of time can help things flow much easier. I too have to tell myself to take a breath and remain patient. I believe we must be like water, strong to cause impact, but also gentle to go with the current. Resisting will cause waves , harshly effecting everything around us. Going with the flow will bring our life gently a long it’s path thus causing the least destruction possible to our surroundings and the things that make our life full. By no means does it mean it is easy to be patient , we just need to make the transitions easier for ourselves! When transitioning from one stage to another, be patient, what we all need to practice, things do fall into place when we stop trying to control things like time. Keep moving, keep pro-active and keep patience. 🙂
I personally believe that men and women have different strengths that compliment each other. It seems that there is a competition and genders are at war with each other and we are now manifesting an imbalance as we look to take on our new freedom and test our boundaries. That is good so long as we realise that male and female are complimentary. They work together not against each other. We are equal and no one gender is more capable than the other. Both are beautiful and works of art. We are free to experiment the masculine and feminine within. I enjoy pondering on the characteristics. I will note down briefly how I see it. This is an incredibly deep topic that branches off into many puzzle pieces.
The divine feminine is a physical manifestation of nurture. She innately takes care of anyone in her path and shelters them with her love and comfort. She is a work of art, her every individual curve, her fluttering eyes, soft body and gentle nature. Her strength lies within. She is water, she may over flow with tears, and emotions rule her. She is sensitive and caring. Her inner strength has high endurance. She was chosen as the child bearer for her nurturing and loving nature. She is everybody’s secret and unmentioned rock. The divine feminine should be lavished with love in all her splendour. She wishes to be understood and have her feelings cradled by her ultimate lover. She seeks comfort and protection in her partner that is the divine masculine. When tapping into her divine masculine she can break through anything and her endurance is incredible. She can at times take charge and empower all of those around her. When she is appreciated and admired her love will be unstoppable and that is incredibly healing to all.
The divine masculine is a physical manifestation of physical strength , leadership and taking charge. He will be the one to protect and will make sure things are under control. He can be a warrior and at times tap into the divine feminine when pouring out love and affection for his life partner and loved ones. He is strong but needs love and support of his lover. He will use all his strength to keep his own, and his family’s life straight but will seek solace in his lover and feminine nurturers in his life. She re-strengthens him and keeps him balanced . He is beautiful , and when appreciated will go to the ends of the earth for his loved ones.
Each of us has masculine and feminine in us and when you find the balance you will be fiercely unstoppable. You will be nurturing, loving , strong and a go- getter, leader, a creator , and will amaze many with a beautiful balance of yin and yang. You will be re-born.
It is said to get to where you want to be you need to know where you are going. A misconception of understanding as this is rarely the case. When does anything go to plan? we cannot foresee what is to come. We can predict. It seems that everyone is moving forward toward their goals blindfolded. This is what we call a combination of movement and faith. We can plan all we like but without planning on it, things intrinsically work out and fit together on their own. The universe paves a way for us beyond our conscious understanding and we can take comfort in it. I truly believe everything happens for a reason whether we realise it or not, even the smallest details that seem insignificant can change our whole day, week, or alter our destiny. One minute later and we would not have met that person, a second earlier and we might have hit that car. We often feel alone, especially when bad things happen. Trust that God/ the Universe has our back. Bad events are teaching us extremely valuable lessons but they usually follow with something positive. Yin Yang. Just as Newtons third law states ” For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction” This can be applied to life. With this we also need to work hard. As many say ” God helps those who help themselves”. This is because God is in us, we must help ourselves and our subconscious power will alter our reality to pave the way. If ever one feels broken just realise that it is a way to rebuild and mould yourself and thus your life. Knock down and rebuild, break it up to retrain your brain. The puzzle pieces will find their parts and connect as you move along. We need to continue working on ourselves to push forward. If you find re-occurring events in your life, it is a lesson that you have not properly learned and until you learn from it this will keep happening. Don’t resist it, sit within yourself and grow from it, then move on. It hurts to hold onto difficult lessons, keep it going, keep it flowing.
Sometimes thoughts pop into my head, why not journal them down? 🙂
Your self value is a wheel that pushes you into its natural self-decided and commanded direction. with out innate abilities of intuition and sense of direction ,we can often overlook them due to not realising our self worth and not trusting ones self. However, the world does not see us as we see ourselves. When you look in the mirror and critique the sculpture of art that you are, why do we assume that the world has the same perception as our own? Nobody has an identical mind. We get upset when judged and criticised when we ourselves are our biggest critique’s, allowing a flow of judgement into our hearts. No, just no. When we criticise ourselves we are giving permission for others to judge us and then have ourselves dwell on it. Others pick up on the energy we project and may unknowingly treat us accordingly, creating quite a harsh cycle. If you say no, you remove that permission and nobody will be able to change your mind. We are already perfect, we are Gods and Goddesses. It is a lack of awareness of our true value and power that leads to cheap thoughts to causing us to believe we are less than what we are. My friends, our reality is a projection of our thoughts. If you humbly decide to work on loving yourself completely then your reality must obey what you project. Therefore it will make a demand on your world that others love you for who you are, and the rest of them will just fall out of your way. Surely we do not want to continue to bully ourselves. Be on your own team and don’t sabotage what you are entitled to. Take the time to get to know yourself, not the self you made yourself believe you are to please others and society. Dammit it’s not all our fault, it is drummed into our heads that we must be a certain way to fit a specific ideal. No way! We are all different and that is wonderful. I’m not saying it’s easy but it is part of life’s journey , self acceptance , and it takes time.
